   Russia is one of the countries with the most dynamic and developing economy. From 1999 average GDP growth was 6.8% and in 2007 it reached 8.1% (compared to the average growth rate of world economy of 4-5%).
   Owing to the Ruble appreciation, annual GDP growth in 1999-2007 measured in USD equaled 26% far outperforming other world economies. Furthermore, other economic indicators were also on the rise compared to the growth rates in many developed countries and worldwide growth rates.
 
    Large population over 140 million people and income level growing every year. Ethnically, Russian population  is quite diverse.
  
    Slavs are the largest ethnic group populating Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The companies working in Russia can make use of the large number of qualified and educated populace.
 
   Russian is one of the leaders in the world for the level of education and training due to the professional system of primary and college education that can train staff in many areas including natural and applied sciences, programming, R&D and engineering etc. Russia is located on a border line of Europe and Asia and borders on North America.
